- The easy to use "Student Filter" function allows selection of students by various criteria, including "Past Due" status, lesson day and time, band level, instrument, school, grade, and others.
- The "group Email" function sends to selected students, and prints for those without Email. For instance, send a reminder notice to "past-due" students only. Include "past due amounts", "monthly prepayment amounts" and "amounts due at next lesson" in the email or letter, automatically.
- Reusable Messages save time. Select a monthly reminder, a past due notice, etc and click "Send Now" to generate both Email and hard copies.
