- Auto billing function charges for each lesson as the lesson is created.
- The Student Balance is always visible and immediately updated after transactions. The balance amount is color coded for easy recognition of past due accounts.
- Receipt of Payment function - simple and always available. Just select the student and enter the payment. A receipt is immediately printed or Emailed.
- Activity reports can be generated for any period of time, or for any student. These include all lessons taken (along with billing for each), all payments received, and a final balance. Who wants to be an accountant? Let this report do the job for you. This report is excellent for closing out accounts, or for answering billing questions.
- Payment summary report - lets you track income, monthly, annually, or for any period.
- Split billing is supported (sometimes called "scholarship program"). PLSoft maintains the amount due by both the student and the sponsor. Sponsor payment requisitions include a reference number, total amount due, billing period, transaction details, and signature blocks for a completely automated handling of split bill accounts and sponsors.
- Email functions support automatic invoicing and total balance due amounts.
